Ai Otsuka is my favorite J-Pop artist. She’s a talented pianist and actress. Her most famous single “Sakuranbo” stayed on the Japanese top charts for 101 weeks! Here are some of my favorite songs from her:

“Sakuranbo” is a cute and lively love song. The music makes you want to dance and prance around. This is probably the best Ai Otsuka song ever made. “Sakuranbo” means “Cherry”.

Her “Heart” song is quite catchy and has a cute melody too She’s so cute in the video!!! gaaaah I’m gonna die!! Heart is a medium-tempo track with a lovely beat and an afternoon feel.

Here’s another cute video from her entitled “Pocket”. It’s cute the way she holds the collar of her sweater protecting herself from cold. This sad ballad love song is one of her latest single if I’m not mistaken. It was released last November 7, 2007 and as expected, it has well composed lyrics and melody.
