Marvel Zombies

I am now an adult but I am still hooked to reading Marvel limited comic book series such as the Secret Wars, Infinity Gauntlet, World War Hulk, House of M, Onslaught, and Age of Apocalypse, however, there is one so disturbing to the extent that it made me cringe and for a day after reading it, changed the way I looked at my favorite superheroes.

Marvel Zombies, the five-issue limited series written by Robert Kirkman and illustrated by Sean Phillips and Arthur Suydam, depicted a darker, more gruesome look of our greatest fear - flesh-eating zombies.

Obviously, Marvel Zombies is only for the most avid fans of the franchise and certainly not for the faint of heart as blood and ripped flesh are seen in every page. The collectible is intended to entertain the adult comic aficionados for you will be seeing the Avengers fighting over a human limb, Galactus being eaten by zombified Iron Man, Wolverine, Spiderman, Luke Cage, and Giant Man, and the horde devouring everything that comes their way as they travel timelines and the outer space in search of food.

It really is very disturbing, I didn’t even think of reading the sequel.
