A Workout in just Eleven Minutes

Most of us don’t have enough time to go to a gym for a workout and our budget constricts us from buying exercise equipments. So with this in mind to find an exercise program that would not cost us a thing and would not eat up much of our time and to get a good work out.

While surfing the net I came upon the 5BX program. With this program all it takes is just eleven minutes of your time. And it doesn’t require you to use any equipment to perform the exercises in program. There are just only 5 exercises in the program to follow.

There are six charts to follow each in increasing difficulty. In each chart there is a physical capacity level to follow, you as a beginner will start at the lowest level of the Chart and slowly progress yourself up the chart.
