A variety of bread products may be included in your diet but make sure that they are 100% whole wheat or whole grain. Stay away from bread that were made from white flour since they can be fattening.

Good sources of fat-burning carbohydrates are fibrous carbohydrates such as broccoli, green beans, lettuce, and asparagus, since they hardly contain any calories and are hard to eat in large quantities.

4. Skim Milk and Non-fat Dairy Products

Dairy products should be labeled as “fat free”, “skim” or “1% low fat.” Dairy products are a combination food in that they contain carbohydrates and complete protein. You can do away from eating lean meat if you have a high protein dairy product in its place such as fat free cottage cheese.
