WWE No Mercy: Elimination Chambers

February 5th, 2008 · No Comments

For the first time in WWE history, it will hold not just one but two Elimination Chamber events at No Mercy. Deemed to be the most punishing and sadistic structure ever made in sports entertainment that pits six wrestling superstars in a chain-laden containment, contenders from the Raw, Smackdown, and ECW brands will compete for the WWE and World Heavyweight title shots at the wrestling superbowl, Wrestlemania XXIV.

The event will start with two wrestlers in the center of the ring and the other four held in glass chambers. As the match goes on, a chamber will open randomly in a predetermined time span to join the competitors and continues until all superstars are released. Players are eliminated by pinfall or submission and the last man left standing will be declared as the winner.

The Raw competitors who’ll battle for a title shot on the winner of the John Cena and Randy Orton WWE Championship match are Triple H, Jeff Hardy, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, JBL, and Umaga.

The victor of the Edge and Rey Mysterio World Heavyweight Championship match will be challenged by the winner of the Smackdown/ECW Elimination Chamber. The competitors are Batista, the Undertaker, the Great Khali, Big Daddy V, MVP, and Finlay.

The road to Wrestlemania has never been this grave and dangerous. With title shots, limbs, and lives at stake, No Mercy surely is an event I dare not miss.
